Upon arrival, we were surprised with a spacious Suite room, which was a great start. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; it felt a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. On a positive note, the daily cleaning service and fresh towels were a nice touch.

The upgrade from a superior room to a suite by the lady at the reception was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the room was dusty, and the bathroom showed signs of mold, not matching the pictures I had seen.
